The New Towne community is comprised of over 150 single-family homes and 50 town home units. New Towne is centrally located within the City of Lynchburg, Virginia and is a great place to live. New Towne strives to be a self-sufficient community that fosters positive relationships and partnerships with the community and its surroundings. With an active homeowners association and great neighbors, we like to think that New Towne is the best kept secret in Lynchburg.
A Brief History of the New Towne Homeowners Association:
The New Towne Homeowners Association was established in the year 2000 by Long Meadows Inc as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia Property Owners Association Act and the Lynchburg City Code. After attaining the required level of success with a proportionate amount of homeowners, the New Towne Homeowners Association administration was transferred from Long Meadows Inc. to a designated body made up of individual homeowners called the Board of Directors. Each year during an annual meeting the homeowners hold elections for the Board of Directors, which oversees all matters pertaining to the Association. Today, the New Towne Homeowners Association continues to provide a valuable service to the home owners and residents of the New Towne community.
If you are new to the New Towne Community the New Towne Homeowners Association Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the community. And if you are considering moving to New Towne we invite you to contact us with any questions as we are always looking forward to meeting those who want to make the New Towne community their home.
